Customer Policy

No customer would be allowed to onboard without complete payment of rent and security money.

Guest Policy

Guests are subject to property rules. Overnight stays may involve charges depending on the duration and property.

Monthly Rent Policy

Rent is accepted via UPI and bank transfer. Subsequent monthly rent should be paid by the 7th of each month.

Exit Refund Policy

Security deposit refunds are processed online, subject to dues clearance, damages and notice period completion.

Notice Extension/Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or extension requests can be raised via email and are subject to availability.

Pre-Booking Cancellation Policy

A one-time booking charge may be non-refundable depending on the applicable property policy.

Referral Policy

Residents may refer friends and receive applicable rewards as per active policy.

Notice Initiation Policy

Please initiate exit notice 30 days before exit date and clear all dues before starting notice.
